What do you use this magnet for?

Powerful: suitable for workshops and assembly, holding tools, molds and fixtures, and heavier doors, panels, and displays. The rectangular shape provides a flat contact surface, useful for installation in slots and against flat surfaces. The two countersunk holes allow for mounting with countersunk screws. This version has the north pole on the countersunk side. If you want two magnets to attract each other, combine a north pole variant with a south pole variant; two identical variants will repel each other.
