With a fishing magnet you pull metal objects out of ditches, canals and ponds. Our fishing magnets come as complete sets: a neodymium magnet in a steel cup, a rope of 16 to 25 metres, an eye nut or eye bolt and, with most sets, a carabiner. So you can get started right away. Pull force ranges from 88 kg to 500 kg.

Pull force is measured under ideal conditions: a straight pull on a thick, flat steel plate. Under water you often pull at an angle, and finds touch the magnet only at a small point, especially if they are round or rusty. So choose one class stronger than you think you need. Frequently asked questions
Can I go magnet fishing anywhere?
Rules differ per municipality and water authority. Check beforehand whether magnet fishing is allowed at that location. If you find something that looks like ammunition or an explosive, do not touch it further and call the police.
How do I maintain my fishing magnet?
Rinse the magnet with clean water after use, dry it and remove any metal particles. Before every throw, check that the eye nut is tight and that the rope and knot are in good condition.
Is a fishing magnet dangerous?
Fishing magnets are very strong. Keep your fingers away from between the magnet and metal, keep the magnet away from pacemakers, electronics and bank cards, and only let children go magnet fishing under supervision.
