What do you use this magnet for?

A filter magnet removes ferrous particles from a product or liquid stream, for example in a funnel, chute, or tank. You attach it to a threaded rod or bolt using the M6 internal thread, so that you can hang it in the stream and clean it again after use. With diametrical magnetization, the poles are on the sides of the rod, which causes particles to be held along the length of the magnet. A longer magnet covers more of the stream.
