Block magnets (87)
Neodymium block magnets combine high holding power with a compact, rectangular shape. The flat contact surface makes them useful for integration into slots and against flat surfaces. Here you will find versions ranging from a few millimeters for model making and electronics to large blocks for industrial use.
Which block magnet is right for your job?
- Small closures and model making: small, light block magnets with a holding power of up to several kilos.
- Cabinet doors, furniture construction, camper vans and caravans: flat, larger blocks with approx. 4 to 10 kg of holding power.
- Workshop and assembly: powerful blocks for tools, molds and heavier panels.
- Industry and mechanical engineering: very powerful block magnets, also available with stainless steel handles.
- Screw-mountable: versions with one or two countersunk holes, sometimes plastic-coated. Pay attention to the pole direction on the countersunk side.
- Humid environments or steel doors: epoxy versions. Read more about steel doors.

The stated holding power is measured under ideal conditions on a flat steel plate; in practice, the actual holding power is lower. Read how holding power is determined.
