What is this magnet used for?

Suitable for lightweight components and precision work: model making and dioramas (removable roofs and hatches), small closures in boxes, and sensor setups. In jewelry, use only when concealed and not in direct contact with the skin: the NiCuNi layer contains nickel. Too small for objects that bear weight or are pulled frequently.
