What is this magnet used for?

Large and powerful: suitable for educational demonstrations, technical prototypes, and heavy-duty hobby projects. The spherical shape distributes magnetic force evenly; spheres click together from any position and form chains and figures when using more spheres. On a flat surface, a sphere only touches steel at one point, so the holding power is lower than that of a disc of the same size. For heavier items: use multiple magnets or a larger size.
